14 Day Love It or Swap It

We think you'll love your new car, but to give you additional peace of mind, we offer a 14 day love it or swap it guarantee to make sure your car is right for you.

That's two weeks to check that the car meets your expectations and that you're happy with it. If, in the unlikely event, you aren't, you can simply contact us and we can arrange an exchange for another car.

At bravoauto, we're very confident in the quality and standard in all our used cars, but our love it or swap it guarantee is there to support you if you need it.

Even if you have taken finance out with us, you can bring your car back, so long as it's within 14 days of it being delivered and you'll be able to exchange it.

To activate the guarantee, the following conditions apply:

• You must have notified us with your intention to exchange your car within 14 days of the date of delivery.
• You must not have driven the car more than 300 miles from when it was delivered.
• The car needs to be in the same condition as when it was delivered, ensuring no alterations or modifications have been made.
• The V5 must be sent back to us by recorded delivery.
  You must return all parts, accessories and handbooks supplied with the vehicle.
• You will have 7 working days from the return date to choose and place an order for your exchange car.
