As an bravoauto customer, you'll benefit from complimentary Accident Aftercare Cover.

In the event of an accident, we are here to support you and keep you moving when you're not at fault. The team are on hand 7 days a week 24 hours a day.

We aim to make everything as hassle-free as possible. We'll support you through the whole process, including co-ordinating repairs, organising a replacement vehicle and assist with your insurance company.

If you find yourself in an accident, please give us a call and provide the details of the accident, third party contact information, any witnesses, and additional details such as photos.

If you are not at fault we will take care of the following*:

• Provide a comparable car to your own 
• Recover your car if it is legally undrivable 
• Organise repairs and liase with the insurer and the third party 
• Handle any uninsured losses and any personal injury claim, saving the hassle of pursuing it yourself
• Monitor the repairs of the car keeping you fully updated through the online claims portal 

It is that straight forward and hassle free. You just have to collect your car when the repairs are all complete.
