ill start by saying Micheal ward was brilliant all the way through the process, whilst we may not have got what we hoped for our part x (xc60 on a 65 plate lovely car) we did end up with the car we wanted and are having a lot of fun learning about (first EV xc40 pure charge in olive green), it was our first remote car purchase and the most we have ever spent on a car so to say we were nervous, hesitant and aprehensive is an understatement, as Micheal said 'they do this every day of the week, we do it not so much', but he was both patient and helpful with every question put to him, even the delivery driver help with understanding some of the cars features of which there're are many, so once again thank you Micheal and bravo autos.
