Lots that were done well. The honesty of the salespeople was refreshing and at no point did we feel pressurised into buying things we didn't want. Alex Fitton was also great, charging our new electric car to full before we picked it up. He was very polite and efficient throughout the process, taking time to go through the details with us. Glad we selected to buy here.

Had an amazing experience buying a car here. We were helped by Liam Timmins who was super friendly. It didn't feel like he was trying to sell us the car at all, absolutely no pressure just letting the car sell itself. There were a couple of issues we noted with the car on our test drive but when we got back to the office he told us about them said they planned to get them sorted before we even had to tell him which gave us confidence that he knew exactly what he was selling. Cannot recommend bravoauto Crewe and Liam enough

Absolutely flawless experience from beginning to end. Fergus and Mike couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried. We were given the keys to look around the car and set up on a test drive shortly after. Me and my partner were left to drive to car without any supervision which was amazing. I purchased the car on the Friday and picked it up Saturday morning. Will definitely be using Bravoauto again in the future!!!

Fergus and Mike at Bravoauto, Crewe were absolutely brilliant when it came to selling my car. They told me the genuine price of stuff and did not hassle me with extra costs.
