Excellent service from emma who helped us with the purchase of our new car & the service she provided was second too none, even when we thought that we might not be able to pick up the car (last friday) she managed to get it pushed through in time to make the sale go smoothly before they closed at 6! Bought a car from bravo auto Liverpool last Sunday so had it a week now and thought I’d share my thoughts. The process of buying the car was smooth and simple which is always great. Emma who dealt with my purchase was super helpful, friendly and polite throughout as well so absolutely no complaints on the customer service side of things. As for the car, it was immaculate on pick up and came at a really good price considering how new it is with low miles. So very happy with the Car side of things as well. Overall I have absolutely 0 complaints and would 100% recommend these guys to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Recently bought my first car from BravoAuto Liverpool, purchased through finance with Emma and honestly could not be more complimentary of her professionalism and attention to detail. The service was amazing! From beginning to the end was amazing. I was nervous about buying my first car but the person I worked with (Emma) made me feel at ease and made the process easy for me, even after I changed my mind like 50 times. They even offer a warranty in case anything happens to the car. Would definitely recommend! Thanks Em
