I purchased a vehicle six months ago but unfortunately there was some major issues which were no fault of Bravo Autos. My warranty at the time covered it and after being checked Bravo decided a repair was not in my interest so asked me to choose another vehicle from their national online range. The car I chose was from Worcester and Jordan Dowson went above and beyond to send me a video and explain the vehicle to me. Adam Arpasi at Bravo Liverpool was equally efficient turning an issue into a resolution. I’d like to thank all the staff at Bravo Auto for their help and professionalism in my experience.

A great service from Adam, really helpful throughout the process. Great after sales service to address a small issue with the windscreen, and even contacted us a good month after purchase having managed to track down service history records that had been lost. Many thanks for a great service.

Amazingly fast service. Went in on Saturday and had the exact car I wanted by Monday. Adam was the guy who sorted it all out for me. He helped with everything I needed and had all the information when asked. Brilliant experience and can’t recommend Bravoauto Liverpool and Adam more. Cheers guys.

So 5 ***** for Bravoauto Liverpool!!. As a couple approaching our twilight years we always dread changing our wheels. We spotted the car on-line , a little low mileage Skoda so travelled from the Midlands to have a look. Excellent service from Adam!! He made the whole process so easy. Would highly recommend, and “yes” Adam, the doggos love it as much as we do!! Many thanks again for the exceptional service!
