Bought a car off Emma recently and cannot fault the service. Picked car up from Bravoauto today, excellent service provided from Matthew from test drive to collection. I was kept up to date on the progress of the sale and preparation of the vehicle, and the customer service provided by him was outstanding. Car looked brand new on collection. Fantastic experience, dealt with Ben throughout. Answered all our queries. Not felt harassed in the slightest compared to the larger dealerships. Personalised video of the car to ensure we are happy with everything.would 100% recommend and use again.

Just got my car today and would like to thank Matthew for all his help. My car was written off and just waiting to get paid out so I could pay Bravoauto, Matthew was very understanding and kept the car on hold for me for over 2 weeks. So thank you for your patience and helping out with everything. Would recommend if you're ever looking for a new car as everyone here is very helpful.

I have recently bought a new car . I had very good service . The car was delivered to me in Wales early on the dot and with 1 years service. Excellent. It came with 1 key and Emma and Rob sorted a second 1 with a garage near me. Can't fault the service .
