Lovely people and very friendly, but noticed the Rear tires was 1,2 ml and cracks all on wall . They are not willing to replace them . Scratches on car , they replied with they will polish out , part service history with one car and not willing to give it a full service before sale . But overall, a very friendly team

Thank you so much for your assistance in helping me purchase my new car. Lily was amazing, nothing was to much trouble. She went through all the purchase options with me & explained the pros and cons. Kept me updated and got back to me when she said she would. She is a real credit to the team. & I would recommend anyone to ask for her. Would also like to thank the manager who agreed to sort out a couple of concerns I had with the car. Great service from Keith when my car went wrong after 5 weeks of having it (the issue with the car was not there fault) they fixed the issue keeping me up to date on what was going on, thanks again!

I had a great customer service. Jamie, the seller I talked with was friendly and took time to explains us everything we asked. Although it was a few mistakes on the paper everything was rectified very fast and explained. Very happy with customer service. Thanks

Smooth , pleasant transaction, with excellent price on the car I purchased. Only minor quibble was to do with the part exchange price Bravo quoted me - over £800 less than We Buy Any Car, whom I sold it to. This involved me in a lot more hassle I could have done without. WBAC are not noted for their charity and generosity, so must have thought they could sell it on with a big mark up, so why are Bravo so stingy?
