Recently purchased a Tesla from here. We turned up unannounced on a really busy day but the staff made sure they made time for us. Allowed us to take a test drive on our own and we agreed a deal and took the car away that day. Sam was absolutely brilliant to deal with on what was a really stressful day for her and the rest of the staff. We had come from another car dealership where the service and cars were really disappointing so it was really nice to see the polar opposite here. From the moment we got out of the car everyone was friendly and helpful and clearly cared about all the customers we saw come and go. The staff here are a real credit to the company and I wouldn’t hesitate buying from here again.

We would like to share our experience of our recent visit to bravoauto Towcester,on entering the 'sales' building and being approached by salesman Jordan Dowson,a most pleasant and comforting experience without the sales 'pressure' often received by a 'typical' car sales person,however we fully understand its their job to sell,obviously. Introducing himself as new to his role,maybe gaining his confidence was backed up by Sam of any unsure questions raised. We had in mind which car,price and finance before visiting and accommodated our needs fully. From the day of securing the car we liked to the day of collection excellent communication throughout. Would (so far) recommend Jordan and this dealership.

Super, professional staff. Above and beyond service. Our salesman Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable. We have brought 2 cars in the last month, we are that happy with him and the team. Update on this review: husband car "died" the following day with a faulty battery... However both Sam and Ryan being fabulous got it sorted, all over a bank holiday weekend 🙂. They definitely go above and beyond xx

I purchased my car here late last year. Viola was very brilliant throughout the whole process. I was only sent pictures and a video of the car but I was so pleased upon delivery as the car was in a pristine condition, I couldn't be more pleased. I brought the car down a few days ago for a check and the car was given a fresh service/washed free. 👌🏾. Thank you. 5 ⭐

Great experience on both purchasing and selling with two lovely ladies ( Samanther purchase and Sobia selling) both went above and beyond to accommodate, definitely recommended.
