Recently bought a really nice car from these guys. Ian was most helpful in sorting the part exchange on my old car and the paperwork for the new one. The car had been valeted and was exceptionally well presented. The shop is welcoming and the tea hot. Would recommend these guys.

5 STAR SERVICE ...NO HARD SELL .WOULD RECOMMEND!!! Bought a mercedes E class from here after putting my deposit down the day I saw it. I'm not usually an impulsive buyer but the dealership as a whole and especially Michael the sales executive made me feel I was in safe hands. Michael went above and beyond even coming in on his day off to hand the car over. All of the very minor jobs that I mentioned once were done without hesitation The car drives like a dream and I couldn't be happier. Amazing service. The dealership had a Nice welcoming atmosphere and we didn't get hounded. We approached a lovely guy called Dave and He Talked us through everything and asked us to think things through before jumping in. He Wasn't pushy in the slightest. He was and came across as a very honest trustworthy guy and made our whole experience of spending a lot of money worthwhile. All our anxiety disappeared after dealing with Dave. Very knowledgeable man. Our car wasn't in the dealership at the time but he pushed it through for a 2 day turnaround. Made sure everything was sorted before we came to see it. Even sent us video updates of it in the work shop having the checks done.We got to take it on our own private test drive which made it alot less stressful. We obviously fell in love with the car and went on to purchase it. Few minor problems like the wrong parcel shelf in the car and a few scratches but again Dave went above and beyond and these got sorted straight away. We couldn't recommend this dealership anymore. Definitely not like others around. You either get hounded or see no one. Not at bravo auto the balance is just right. Competitive prices and also great part exchange prices. Don't hesitate to use this place.
